Warranty & Replacement Policy

At SOUT UL BADAR we stand behind our products. Please read our warranty and replacement terms below.

1. Products with warranty

Products that come with a warranty card, and battery items.

2. Repair or replace

If a product under warranty can be repaired, we repair it. If it cannot be repaired, we replace it, and the warranty ends once the product is replaced.

3. Replacement condition

Non-battery items within their warranty period are replaced only if all original accessories are returned with them.

4. Replacement time

Once we receive your item, we hand the repaired or replacement item to the courier within one week. This applies in Lahore, Peshawar, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad. Courier delivery time is extra and depends on the delivery company.

5. Items without a warranty card

These items have a check warranty only: please test them at the shop counter at the time of purchase. There is no warranty after use.
